Daily Schedule
Morning Session (9:00 AM - 12:00 PM)

• 1 Hour On-Ice: Skating and skills training focused on power, edge control, and puck confidence.

  • Goalies: Dedicated instruction with DEPTH Hockey's goalie instructors

• 1 Hour Dryland Training: Off-ice conditioning and movement sessions tailored to hockey-specific performance.

• 40-Minute Hockey Classroom: Learn the “why” behind the game through topics such as:

  • Video skill breakdowns

  • Leadership and communication

  • Champion mindset

  • Habits of elite athletes

Lunch Break (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM)
Afternoon Session (1:00 PM - 4:00 PM)

• 1 Hour On-Ice: Passing drills, Hockey IQ development, small area games, and scrimmages designed to challenge game awareness and decision-making.

• 1 Hour Alternative Sport: Fun and active cross-sport sessions to develop coordination, teamwork, and athletic balance.

• 1 Hour Team Building & Leadership Development: Hands-on activities that build confidence, communication, and group trust.
